How can I buy your work?

I plan to have a sale every 2-3 months. The date will be announced first on my email subscriber list, and then on Instagram.

Note that if you add an item to your cart, it does not mean you have secured the item. You have to complete the purchase before the item is guaranteed. 

No refunds or exchanges. 

 

Shipping

All packages will be tracked through Canada Post. Please ensure your shipping address is the correct address. If a package is returned to me due to a mistake in the provided address, I will happily send it again, but you will have to pay for shipping a second time.

Canada ($20)

USA ($18)

International: 20 - 60 business days ($25). Please note some countries may have a longer delivery time due to customs clearance procedures. 

 

Packaging

All components of the packaging I use are recyclable (except the plastic baggies in the kits, please reuse if you can). If you have access to recycling facilities, please recycle. ☺

 

How do I care for my beadwork?

Do not swim, shower or bathe with your beadwork on. Store pieces out of direct sunlight and treat gently. 

 

What are your findings made of?

All hooks I use are either sterling silver, or 14k gold filled.

All studs are made with stainless steel posts or sterling silver.

 

Do you do custom orders?

Outside of sales I do not take custom orders. 

Every so often I will open up a spot or two for a sale, in the past I have offered made for you berry earrings, ghibli hearts, magical girl earrings and so on! 

 

What is the difference between pre-orders and customs?

Pre-orders are my choice! You will be purchasing an item that I have picked the design and colours for. For custom spots, you get to pick the colours, the findings, etc. 

Please allow up to 4 weeks to complete the beadwork. This does not include shipping time.
